Local Voting FAQs

Am I Registered to Vote?

You can check your voter registration status on the Secretary of State's website. This will also tell you what voting districts you are in.

If you are not registered, you need to register AT LEAST 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ELECTION!

This year that is February 3, 2020! Don't miss out, register to vote today!

How Do I Register to Vote?

In Arkansas, there is no online voter registration. You have to fill out a voter registration form. Forms can be found at your local library, and the Washington County Clerk's Office at 280 N College Ave Fayetteville, AR 72701. You can also print out the form yourself to mail it in, or bring it to the County Clerk's Office. This process can take several weeks, so don't just assume you are registered once you have mailed in the form. Check with the Secretary of State's website to see if you are registered.
